  • The Signature Spin Suite experience starts at $700. Travel fees may apply for outside areas.

  • Nope! Our Party Pole is completely freestanding and does not require ceiling attachment or permanent installation. It’s designed specifically for vacation homes, hotels, and private event spaces.

  • A minimum of 9ft x 10ft space is required.

  • The poles can be adjusted to accommodate multiple ceiling heights. At least 8 ft ceilings are required.

  • The Spin Suite includes up to a 24-hour rental, coordinated around your check-in and check-out times whenever possible (which may be less than 24 hours). 

  • Yes. Multi-day rentals can be arranged based upon availability.

  • Nope! Though we do use professional quality stage poles, The Spin Suite is designed for fun, beginner-friendly party vibes.

  • Safety is everything. We use professional-grade stage poles. A crash mat is included. Waivers are required for all participants. Must be 18+.

  • Yes! We are based in St. Augustine & Jacksonville, Florida, but we are open to traveling throughout Florida. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not secured until: The rental agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. Because we only book a limited number of events, your retainer protects your date and prevents double booking.

  • A 30% retainer is required at booking. The remaining balance is due prior to event delivery.

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before the event: You may transfer your retainer to a new available date within 6 months (one-time courtesy reschedule). Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • We understand unexpected issues can happen. If your venue cancels: We will work with you to reschedule based on availability. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • In the rare event that we must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • We get it — it’s a party. Minor wear happens. Significant damage to equipment or décor may result in additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.

  • Safety is our priority. Alcohol may be present at your event, but pole use is not permitted for anyone who appears intoxicated or unable to participate safely.

  • Yes! Our professional-grade stage pole supports up to 330 lbs.
